Disclaimer for all engagement with/events facilitated by The Spiritual Realist. By engaging and/or attending in any information/events you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. You are voluntarily participating in any event and understand that it involves the use of sound and vibration, which may cause physical or emotional discomfort.

II. You are aware that sound healing is not a substitute for medical treatment and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. You acknowledge that the Practitioner is not a medical doctor, psychologist, and/or therapist, and any services/information provided and/or discussed does not replace the care of medical professionals.

III. You take full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during the session and release the organiser, practitioner, and venue from any liability for any injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation.

IV. You consent that you are in good physical health and of sound mind and do not suffer from any physical or mental conditions which would hinder my participation in this session. You agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by the use of sound and vibration, in advance to info@thespiritualrealist.art and to inform the practitioner immediately if you experience any discomfort during the session. Before attending you should talk with your physician should you have any concerns about whether any meditation or sound therapy sessions are appropriate for you. Neither any personnel or associates of The Spiritual Realist will in any way be held responsible on behalf of any participant who fails to consult the appropriate health authorities with respect to their individual health care before participating in an event.

V. You understand that the session may include the use of photographic or audio/video recording equipment and that your image or voice may be captured and used for promotional purposes.

By attending the event/engaging with The Spiritual Realist, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the above terms. You understand and agree that The Spiritual Realist does not claim the ability to heal your body or mind.

Your purchase of services and participation in all events/information provided by The Spiritual Realist is confirmation you are fully responsible for any and all risks, consequential damages, injury, incidental damages, personal damages or any other damages known or unknown without limitation.
